Pump Service
Allflow Fire Pump Service Department is available for all fire system annual and 5 yearly services and testing maintenance.
We cover all ranges of all fire pumps; diesel and electric drivers from 15kw – 250kw.
Service of fire pumpsets is critical in ensuring reliability and readiness should the need arise, during inspections we cover off engine and fuel lubrication systems, filters, engine cooling system inspections, driver to pump couplings and shaft inspections, exhaust system inspections, control panel operation, Batteries and driver speed, operational temperatures.
Annual and 5 yearly servicing of the fire pumpsets is required for completion under AS1851.
Our service technicians will arrive to your site in unbranded vehicles and uniforms ready to complete tasks behalf of your business - We are the extension of your business.
Allflow Fire is ready to assist you with all fire servicing and maintenance needs. We can also complete hydrant and sprinkler flow testing of the pumpsets.
Allflow fire Pumps is available for assisting with your complete 5 yearly overhauling and testing of the hydrant systems, Allflow can complete the 5 yearly on the fire pumpsets, complete the flow and pressure testing of both the sprinkler and hydrant pumps, assist with the overhauling or replacements of the hydrant landing valves and complete the hydrostatic and booster testing as required with our fire rescue pumping appliance (Fire Truck).
A full report will be provided on completion of all the servicing and testing.
During all servicing any issues identified will be covered off in a report provided directly to the engaging business with a status and any remedial action required

Allflow Fire Pumps can complete all the works as a turn key project, We remove and dispose of the failed pumpset, break up and dispose of the existing plinth where required, Install and pour the replacement plinth and install the new pumpset.

Valves and Pipework
Allflow fire can assist you with pipework connection to the pumpsets, often pipework is an area that lets the pumpset down, incorrectly sized, or poorly designed pipework can create friction loss which restricts the pumps’ ability to perform at its optimum.
Often, we find drain lines for the heat exchanges, Relief valves and pressure switches either plumbed incorrectly or not at all, Allflow fire can assist and provide solutions for all your pipework needs.
Diesel and Electric Motor Replacements
Allflow Fire Pumps has in house capacity to replace failed drivers, Electric or Diesel motors and can provide alternate solutions for diesel motors which are no longer available. We include modifications to pump bases, exhaust systems, heat exchanger drain lines, coupling connections, Wiring and control panel relocation and wiring changes.
Control Panel Installations
Allflow fire Service Department can source replacement control panel parts and new units from a range of suppliers. We are also able to include supply and installation of Australian assembled control panels both for Diesel and Electric fire pumpsets.
Jacking Pumps and Hose Reels
Jacking Pumps, Hose reel pumps along with their associated components, Accumulators, Pressure switches, check valves need servicing and maintaining the same as the primary and secondary fire pumps. Allflow fire Pump checks the operation of the jacking pumps as part of the annual service for the main fire pumps. We can complete replacements and or repairs to all of the ancillary equipment
Replacement of Hose Reel assemblies, HR pumps a flow testing of HR is all part of Allflow Fire Pumps service.
